I was stung by one of the yellow jackets that live in the bike racks at work. I always see them coming out of the homes when I park my bike, and in fact, seconds before I got stung I wondered, "Where are the wasps today?" And in my peripheral vision I saw something yellow "bee-line" - yes, that's where that idiom came from! - for my head. It stung me on the back of the neck and I'm about to start crying. I'm feeling shooting pains up my skull. Is that normal?
